Audi Q7 2017 seat back removal process
 

Hi All, I hope you can help.
I have 2017 Audi Q7 with a faulty heated backrest on the drivers side. Pretty sure it’s the element that needs to be replaced so I thought I’d give a go myself. I’m an engineer by trade and I have a full tool kit so capable of most things. However, I can’t remove the back of the seat so I can get to the element. I can see posts and utube videos on the older seats but nothing on the newer versions. I can pull the top of the seat which unclips but it still won’t come out. Anyone got any tips?
