B5 sunroof shade replacement
 

help, my B5 sunroof shade has to be replaced due to covering fabric has peeled off and its plastic grill has broken to pieces.

where can I get a replacement plastic grill (so I can make a new fabric cover to the shade and headliner) or a whole shade replacement (does anyone know its part#)?

any other idea's are welcome :)
