99 a6 avant q fuse block and relays
 

Hello im new to audis i just bought 99 audi a6 avant q
the last ower had a episode and started hearing voices
he started removing the fuse box and cutting wires

his parents caught him in time the took to shop and got the car running
so it has no power to windows,interior lights it doest go into overdrive
or the what i call a slap stick dosen't work only up to 4 th gear on the automatic
and no stereo.
And in advance im having trouble seeing my screen and i type crap.
