90 q CS cylinder head removal

I really need video assistance in removing the heads from my Audi 90 Quattro CS. If anyone has suggestions on where I can get more knowledge on removing and replacing cylinder heads timing chain and anything else related ... I truly appreciate any guidance ... Steve
