I used TurboLogic silicone vacuum hose(3.5mm id) purchased from It seems to have a high enough density to resist collapsing, especially on longer lengths of hose. I replaced each line one at a time, carefully matching the OE hose lengths & routings. Some minor disassembly of engine covers/mounting plates may be required to access some of the locations.

    Good Luck!

Looking to replace my vacuum lines and ran across one of you old posts. Do you know where I can find quality high-density silicone lines? Is that the best tubing for this repair? Also, the routing of vacuum lining seemed rather bizarre and necessarily complex. Is it a bad idea to re-rout the cables so long as everything is connected appropriately and sensors/components retain their original mounting placement?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thank You
