Exclamation Good audi garage in/near DC

woo, first post.

bought a 2006 a4t from audi of alexandria back in october, and had my first check engine light come on, relating to a fuel tank error code (evap something or other...shoulda kept that autozone receipt...)

After reading a lot of terrible reviews of audi of alexandria, and the fact i can't take it there til thursday, i'm inclined to find a better place to go...

Does anyone have a suggestion as to the best place to go? VolksWerks seems to have some good reviews on google maps, but who knows if they're real or not...

Someone recommended NGP Racing - Performance Parts & Preparation, Repair, Service, Tuning in Maryland & Virginia for VW and Audi vehicles. to me in a VW forum. I believe they have a shop in Lorton, VA.

I've taken it to Audi of Alexandria a few times now, and I'm not particularly satisfied with the service and pricing thereof. A friend with an RS4 has recommended Audi of silver spring though...I'll be taking her the're next but hopefully not in the near future.

If you dont mind driving an hour. Im out in the country and know my way around these Audis. I do all the work for my german friends, BMW, merc, vw.. whatever. Guarenteed we beat dealer prices by more than half.

Volkswerks is legit, I've had my car there several times. Not a TON cheaper than the dealer though..

I had my timing belt replaced at Volkswerks and they did a pretty good job at a good price. They have beater loaners available most of the time, but it helps to check first.

B&T Motorsports in Springfield could handle that for you.
their number is 703-339-8663, tell them Bruce sent you and they will take good care of you and your car
