Does anyone know the law toward german plates on the front of you car in ohio, i know you have to have a front plate but does it have to be an ohio plate or a german plate for istance but with the same id numbers on it.

I believe that Ohio requires both plates be Ohio plates. In general, if you do not need to have a front plate, you can have a euro plate, a state requiring a front plate you'll need that state's plate
