I received a call over the weekend from a potential attendee asking "How many run groups and how many sessions each day?". We run three (Novice, Intermediate and Advanced) run groups with six, 20-minute run sessions scheduled for each run group per day.

MVP Track Time (www.MVPTrackTime.com) still has spots available in all run groups for it’s annual “No Hurricane Rain” track weekend at Blackhawk Farms Raceway (near Rockford, IL.) September 5-6, 2009. All are welcome and invited to join us for the on-track fun.
