02, I would def bring that **** back and raise all hell with them. I would exect that kinda sh!tty work from a small time body shop, but not a dealership!!! Parktown is notorious for bad customer service, ill drive the extra 10 miles adn go to Bommorito Audi, much nicer folks.

 

did the "we owe" specifically say a new bumper or "fix your bumper"? cause if it said a new bumper.... you have a case to get a new bumper and keep your old one...... if it said "fix bumper", unfurtunatly they did what they said, but did crappy work at it...... and you might fight for new grilles or to have the bottom part painted to match

and i have only had one issue with parktown and that was a broken headlight cap(part that seals the light on the back) tab..... but that was on my stock lights which are long gone

 

well the paper that she wrote out when we were there before we bought the car..this was written on the paper "new front bumper replaced for free"
