My 2001 s4 was driven into a ditch full of water. Fortunately there was no body damage, but now the starter won't engage. I think it may have been water logged. Hopefully u can give me some advice on how to check it, how much it would b to replace my starter, how much it would cost to have it repaired, and finaly as I am on a very tight budget, how I could do the replacement myself (what I need and what I need to do).
