what car could i get the parts off of to do the conversion from the stock 4 lug to 5 lug

Doubt you'll be able to - you'll probably have to get hub adapters.

where could i find some? i was thinking of swapping the whole drive train suspension fro an a6 quattro to my 90 quattro
