Hoping to get some advice.

I have a 2013 A4 premium with approximately 24k miles on it. My lease ends August 1st, and I'm in a predicament. I was originally planning to buy the A4 redesign, but since that has been delayed, I need to make alternate plans.

Here are my options:

1) Buy out my lease for approx. $25k and own the car. Is there a downside to doing this?
2) Turn in my leased car on or before 8/1 and try to make a deal for a q5 lease.
3) Extend my lease month to month (not sure if this is allowed) until the A4 redesign is released. I'm paying $445/mo and put nothing down except a security deposit.

I live in Los Angeles. Open to all options. Please advise.

 

Well for me and as the moderator said in another thread. Try to extend the lease and wait for the release of A4 redesigned only if you can extend the lease contract.
