Smile Audi burning oil

This is Sabrina from China. I'm recently working on why Audi burning Oil. Actually, it happens to every type of Audi in China. There are different explaination about this issue. Someone says, cos the original design of Audi, the gap between piston ring and combustion is a bit bigger; someone says it's due to the quality of oil and gasoline in China; someone says cos the polluted environment and bad driving habit which makes cars keep being going and stopping caused by the bad traffic....i feel confuse.
In China, the Audi OEM instruction says: after every 1000km or 2 tanks of gasoline, to check the level of oil or add new oil is really necessary.....
I really need help?
