Default Cold start misfire due to liquid gas on piston

I have an 2014 A7 with 3L gas engine. Kept getting cold start misfire cylinder #2 error code on a somewhat random basis. Changed, coils, plugs, ECU etc and problem still existed.
Pulled #2 cyl. plug before cold start and found tablespoon of gas on top of piston. Changed fuel injector and problem went away for 4 weeks than came back and I again find tablespoon or more of raw fuel on top of piston before cold start.

Could it be I got a bad new injector or could fuel pressure regulator be too high or fuel pump running after engine shutdown? Appreciate any ideas or efforts to deal with same issue.

Default

Liquid turned out to be coolant rather than gas. Supercharger intercooler leaking and draining into #2 intake.
