Default I have a 2000 Audi A4 need help with inexpensive mods :)

I bought my 2000 audi a4 1.8T Quattro, black paintjob with manual transmission, a little over a year ago with my own money and i love it. Im a college student so i dont have too much money but i really want to modify my a4. I was thinking blue neons, blow off/diverter valve, and some gauges on the left side. any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Welcome by the way. Much modding to learn here at AF. Search around and you will find a wealth of knowledge.. and occasionally knucklehead like me. Go to A4 posts as well.

welcome to the forum. This really is a great place to learn stuff... I know what it means to buy something with your own money. totally different than if the crap was just given to you... not that that isn't cool. lol I wish I had rich Parents, but something about standing on your own two feet. So yeah since we are both about the same stage in our build. this is what I would do to improve knowledge about your car. 1. buy a repair and owners manual from Bently, 2. take car of all maintenance ( may not be the most fun but will insure that you have your car running longer, and better. plus builds a good foundation to start tuning. And thirdly just keep learning. its hard to be patient sometimes but it will pay off in the end when you have a better looking performing ride than someone that just throws money at their car.

are you serious about the neon?? i would say yes to the dv... no bov.. im in the process of picking a chip to get.. and with that comes the need to upgrade your dv.. so if your planning on doing any turbo or chip modding you'll need the dv to handle the pressure.

welcome to the forums!

don't go neon. spend the money on something more useful for your car... why have people looking at your lights when you can have them looking at your a$$ when you blow past them?

why do your tints look so purple? did you get those on? how much did you spend because those don't look too good. Any bubbling yet?
...could just be the way the reflection is too...
