Default New to Audi! Need help in buying Decision on high mileage Audi

I've always liked the looks of Audi cars.
I'm currently looking at buying a used car, and then I'm going to ditch the lease vehicle i have that a Dealer $^#*ed me over on.

I found a 2001 Audi A6 Allroad.
It has 123,000 miles, is in beautiful condition. Seems to run very well, smooth.
Interior is clean, leather is nice, no rust, dents. Just a few minor scratches.
It has the 2.7T motor, and am a bit concerned about the mileage and the lifespan of the Turbos.

I've been told the car had 1 owner, and he took good care of the car (Carfax doesn't show any issues)
I can get the car for about $7,000, but am I going to regret it?
I plan on keeping the car 3 years or maybe a little more.
Is it worth it, or will maintenance $$$ kill me?
I know I need to use Premium gas, and synthetic oil.
General maintenance like brakes, etc I can do myself.

Your thoughts are appreciated!
