Hi Everyone:

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Alf and I am an executive living in the Niagara Falls Canada area.

I owned a 2000, S4, the first black S4 to enter the country when the car was introduced. I had summer rims (SSR) and tires and kept snows on the stock rims. I also had it chipped so the TT was up to 300 hp with no rev limiter code. In addition I put in the short shift kit. I loved the car and moved to Boston for 18months and took the car with me. A lot of fun.

After that I had a 2003 Porsche Boxster S which I loved as well, but not really as practical as I had to keep 2 vehicles with the Boxster.

Now, I have ordered a 2009 S5 which will take 6 months to get here. I ordered it the way I wanted and am really excited to get it, but I don't mind waiting the time, especially over the winter, but come spring, wahooo.

I am looking forward to being back in the audi, nothing wrong with Porsches but the 911 carrera S is getting too expensive for my blood. Besides, doesnt look good going to work in a porsche (if you know what I mean).

So the S5 will fit the bill perfectly. The competition was a BMW M3 or a LEXUS IS-F. THe M3 doesnt thrill me, I've never owned a BMW, not that I dont like them, I just feel they are over priced for what you get. The M3 is no exception. The Lexus felt tooooooo japanese if you know what I mean and it only comes in an automatic. I love the manual transmissions.

So its the S5 for me!
