Default 'nother new member/Audi driver

Yesterday morning, my dear old '91 Passat turned over 237,000 miles (on the way to my father's place to help him work on his '84 Rabbit Diesel).

In the afternoon, I put a deposit on a 2000 A4 1.8T Q, 5 spd manual, Mica, 90k miles. I'm paying a bit more than I wanted to, but it's in good shape. It runs VERY strong and the previous owner installed a boost gauge, so I think it may have been chipped (feels like a lot more than 150 hp). The shift throws are tiny, so it may also have a short throw shift kit, too.

The first things I plan to do when I get it:
1. take apart the torsen differentials to see how they work. (just kidding!, but it sure would be fun)
2. inspect the timing belt & serpentine belt
3. change oil to Mobil1 (used it for the last 110,000 miles on my VW)
4. K&N air filter

Anything else you would recommend right away?

Anybody want to buy an older, but fully maintained Passat?
