I joined the forums a few months ago, right as I placed my 2006 S4 order, and have been waiting anxiously to get it. It left Bremerhaven, Germany on friday the 30th of Sept., the transport company has 21 days to get it to me, and the place I ordered it from says that it will probably get here this week! I will definitely post some pics once I get it. I have never even sat in an S4 before, ordered it solely by pics and a gut instinct, chose it over the BMW 545xi. My family and I live in Sicily, where we are both stationed, so there aren't too many (actually I haven't seen any) S4's around. Can't wait to get it on the autostrada, very similar to the one in Germany, but the Italians are very, very bad drivers, so a little nervous to take it out on the side roads. Anyway, just thought I'd post a note saying it's almost here (I ordered it 29Jun05). It has been a long few months waiting for my new toy to arrive, wish me luck that it arrives this week!

 

Congrats! I'll bet you can hardly wait till delivery. I really hope you won't be disappointed by the S4. I love my A4 more every day, and i'm sure the S would leave an even bigger smile on my face.
