Default What makes your intake manifold melt?

I bought an Audi A4 2007 Quattro T2.0. I drove it home and the intake manifold melted. I Then paid for 3 different intake manifolds and had them replaced and it burn through each one. Each time I replaced it. I then ran the computer on it after the 2nd time I replaced the manifold. It said the thermostat was bad, and the intercoolers. I replaced them and am still having this problem Now. And it is the 3rd time and it's still getting hot and I'm afraid to drive it. Is there any idea of how I can fix this because I really like the car?

The mechanic said that he saw that one of the valves was different than the others and that it was also by the same place the the manifold was melting. Does anyone think that replacing the valve stem seals could be the anwser here?
