:Dwork third shift and when i went to get in my 2000 a4 last nite the door handle was hot as hell. The key came out even hotter and the alarm was crazy. Live around a bunch of old peps so im sur they had the hearing aids out. anyway, was told it has something to do with heated locks( ?) is what would be my quickest easiest fix till i can replace? open to all options!!!! oh and as for the ugly yellow 03 lancer i had to drive that thing to work last night lancer ok yellow not my cup of tea ya dig

Check the fuses , see if there is one specific to the heaters & remove it. If not the door panel will have to be removed to access it.
