Winter tires on 18 inches rims with FWD

Default Winter tires on 18 inches rims with FWD

I got myself an 2003 audi a4 FWD with 18 inches rims and all season tires but i am currently live in RI which i wonder if should i get snow tires for my 18 inches rims or better off just get stock ones with winter tires?

I'd get stock 16s with snow tires. 18" snows are very expensive and if you're swapping tires on the wheels for winter and summer you're going to spend a lot on mounting and balancing. Plus your 18s can get ruined by the road chemicals. Park your wheels for winter and get a set of stockers to slap on when the snow flies. Easier and cheaper that way.
