A3 2.0 TDI 06 Turbo/powerissues
 

This is my first post here. Did search for the issue but culdent find anything...

Bought a A3 recently. Its the 2.0 TDI 140hp. This car was tuned to 175hp but when i test drive it i said it runs like 140hp... Driving home we tested it egainst a 1.9tdi tuned to 140hp...The went exactly the same. So i went to the tuner thinking it was not tuned so ill have it tuned, but he says its all ok. Its been optimised for 175hp

So recently i see there is a oilleak from the engine under the turbo/manifoil erea. Cant see where exactly. Open the pipe into the intake and it was wet of oil...

So im wondering what culd make the power go down? It still runs great and is strong. No problems there... Im shure its been run hard as he was 20yrs old, the guy i bought it from. Turbo makes a low whisteling sound but iv been told its normal to hear the turbo. Its not a bad sound compared to other turbo cars iv owned. The only thing im not shure if is normal is thet if i haul ass its a bit slow to pick up the speed every gearshift. The turbo slows down and picks up again a bit slow. Still runs about 9.5sec 0-100km/h

Anyone have any idea? Is there a DPF in these? Culd it be the cats? The EGR? I have no errors ore faults comming up. Will search for codes as soon as i get the reader
