Another A4 turbo upgrade b5 this time
 

I want to upgrade my turbo and make about 300 whp. What kit should I run. I was thinking the gt28rs but Im not sure. Please help

u might have to do more than just your turbo to get that kind of power.
U wanna make sure u don't blow the thing up too!

YOu want massive massive horsepower go with T3/T4OB turbo. i can help you put together a kit if you want. and itll be cheeper than the t28 kit you were looking at. And you can smoke all 4 tires at a stop light.

well of course i would do more than just the turbo. I mean a built motor with what turbo kit. and yea david if you could tune me in on what i need for a custom kit. i mean i could build one on a honda just not on an audi. if you could put a list together and email me at bbolton1@cox.net that would be cool

Ah man listen to this i traded my t3 setup for this ko4 setup minus the exhaust manifold( cuz Slimchriz was selling me his) and a shit load of cash. I hope he knows how to install it cuz it was a pain in the ass.

Im still considering switching to a K26. Tim at TJM Motorsports put together the fastest A4 with 550hp he runs a K26 matted to a stock exhaust manifold with an RS2 external wastegate. so i could do it although his wastegaste and my wastegate are different. He said he would burn a chip for me that would compliment all my mods. (camshafts, turbo etc.) Its expensive up the ass.

How do you like your KO4? When you roll up the windows and turn the radio and ac off does it sound like a jet plane spooling? That was my favorite part of the T3. It was loud as hell and you could here it spool from like 1/2 a mile away. plus since i had a homemade mufflerless exhaust the turbo would whistle at idle.,

If you want to run 12's, you are going to have to strip the car down and loose the weight. You'll also need a big turbo kit like PES T28 kit. ($3,795.00)
