Celtic Tuning
 

Hi,

I have a 2010 Audi A4 2.0TDI 143bhp S-Line.

Looking to get it remapped, I have spoken to a lot of companies, Celtic Tuning seem like they are offering the best remap by quite a way (206bhp in comparison to about 170bhp)

When querying it, they told me the 143bhp engine is exactly the same as the 170bhp so firstly they unlock the potential of the ECU which makes it the same as the 170bhp... they then tune it as they would a 170bhp engine which takes upto 206bhp... most importantly... safely.

They said other companies just unlock it to match the 170bhp engine which is why they don't quote as high.

Does anyone have any experience with these? I have a year left on my warranty, but these are offering a 1 year warranty anyway so i'm not to concerned about that, and with them offering a warranty its not like they are going to purposely mess your car up as that would cost them more money in travel and fixing.

Any opinions would be appreciated.
