Hey everyone, i just need a little help.. quick question. i have a 99 1.8t quattro and everytime i shifted, it made a sound like the pressure was getting realesed. for some reason it doesnt do that anymore. why? blow off valve is bad? turbo is bad?

is the car stock? you say "blow off valve" so im assuming not.
