Default power
I have a a4 3.2 quattro. Stock everything. Do they make Turbos.for it? Or is there anyway I can't Get more power?

S/c maybe. But it's not cheap. Nitrous? Um sell and get 1.8t

With Audi, unless you buy a turbo model, the only way to really boost power is through a PES supercharger. Plan on $5-6k for everything you need to run it, not including prepping the car with maintenance.
