Will my forge splitter let water in?

Hey I just got my forge splitter in the mail. I noticed on my Audi a4 b5 the original bosh valve is very close to the lowest point of my bumper like many others. I live in Maine where the snow will melt soon and water will be a few inches deep all around if not more especially on the passenger side where it is located. our road crown here makes all the water run to the passenger side to make things worse. I have not seen any comments yet about weather it is dangerous to use the forge splitter with its half bov half dv style that close to all that water. Is there a chance that water will get in the opening when it opens? I have seen many cars that are factory destroyed by driving in to much water. hydro locking an engine is very bad....

"It's pretty unlikely since there is always some pressure in the pipes due to the turbine spinning but in those conditions I would change out the port just in case so that's it's a sealed unit."(angel@forgemotorsport.co.uk)
