I have a 96 audi a4 i bought it off a friend. He said not to worry about my tail lights cause its the "german style". The tail lights work (brake lights, reverse lights, signal lights). All of that work fine but is it normal for the middle part of the tail light to have no light?

Also he said the ac is fine but i might need to change the fan under the glove box. I believe the part is called a Blower Motor. He also said once that went off the middle temp console went off. I'm not sure if that would be an electrical issue?
