I am looking for a good Audi/VW Tech in the Lehigh Valley PA area. I am in easton PA. I just bought a used Audi A4 1.8t Quattro and it needs some work. Looking for someone to make recommendations.

Also looking to get an idea of what I should be paying to get some of this work done.

1.8t needs new Rear Cam seal and Valve cover gasket. So Coolant flange and O ring need to be replaced as well. What should this cost approximately from a local independent shop? Dealer quote of $450 including tax

Rear Differential is "leaking" or Seeping? Dealer quote of $250 for parts and labor

Timing belt, Water pump - Dealer quote $900 for parts and labor.

I am looking to get an idea of what I should realistically be paying to independent shops and are these dealer quotes fairly OK.
