My car (2001.5 A4 1.8T) didn't pass Massachusetts Inspection because their equipment could not communicate with the OBD. He was able to get proper voltage from the pins though. I don't think there's an issue with my OBD itself.

My car also failed before of Tint - which I'd rather not remove.

Can any one recommend an inspection station or registered emissions repair shop staffed by enthusiasts or qualified techs who can help?
