i dunno, im strongly thinkin about it. Its about an hour from me ... yea, id be willin to meet up at the mcy d's in wc and drive up together if i go ( i bet we could make that hour drive into a 45 min one ).. a small possibility i wont b/c i planned on goin to the car show in philly but ill keep you updated

 

I'm heading to the auto show during the week, screw going on the weekend. There is way to many people pushing into each other to get any decent photos and stuff.

Yeah for sure, I got no problem with pretty much anyone showing up, Audi owners or not.

Judging from out 1st GTG everyone is pretty laid back and easy going, providing they dont act like dicks they'll get on well with everyone I'm sure.

Have your friends signup and post here, intro them selves. We can get a decent count then.

 

I went out for a recon run. I got lost and didn't make it to Nockamixon... but it was a ton of fun.

The maps don't exactly depict how twisty the roads are around there. Saw a ton of Audis. About 7 A4's, 1 A6, 1 Allroad, and a A8.

I think I'll try again tomorrow.

 

Hmmm...according to mapquest its only 20 miles from my house, yet its a 90 minute drive...i might be able to make it

 

Mapquest sucks. Google maps is better.

how funny... i was just up there trying to recon-out some roads for the fun-run if we do it.

i was taking some back roads off of 611 (Geiger Hill , you can see it on your google maps if you zoom in enough)
went accross this one-lane bridge, and saw this dirt road to my left
dirt + rainy day + quattro = LOTS OF FUN i thought

well, it was... puddles, a little ***-end sliding out on me....

then i crested this hill at about 40 or so...

and the road ABRUBTLY ENDED WITH ABSOLUTLY NO WARNING !!!

where did it end you may ask? into the forrest?-no , a field?-no
it went straight into a fairly deep creek !!!!!!!

i locked 'em up, felt the ABS engage, and slid to about 4 feet from going into the creek !!!!

WHEW !!! close one
