Default Should I buy this S4???

Hi all,

So I'm very close to buying my first Audi. I've always dreamed of owning an S4 ever since they first appeared many years ago. Now I may be close. Being in CA makes it very hard to find just what I want: an S4 Avant, manual tranny, 2006-2008 model year. I found one in PA at Audi Wynnewood, but don't think I can fly out to actually see it. It seems to be in good shape, tho it has 84k miles. So should I buy it? Is anyone out in PA who could actually go check it out for me? I'd owe you BIG for doing so!

Might be kinda hard to convince anybody to go out of their way, for you, mostly because we tend towards a "family" atmosphere; and you are the newly-adopted red-headed step-child... BUT, I did go to all the trouble of moving your post to the section where you'd have the best chance of talking someone into it.

Good luck!

I live in PA and bought my B8 S4 from them. The car is there now for some issues and i expect to pick up on Friday. Let me know if you need me to pop by the used area to take a look for you.

It is pretty high mileage tho. Something to think about.

Aww well, I called this AM & looks like they've sold it. It's just so damned hard to find an S4 Avant Manual in California!!!! Grrrrrrrr............

Thanks for offering to look, tofuking. If you need anything in NorCal, lemme' know!
