Default What Else do You Drive?

I've noticed a small trend on these forums. A lot of Audi owners seem to have trucks or other off road vehicles.

I don't have a truck yet, but I plan on getting one fairly soon. I just want to see what the general preference is from my fellow Audi owners. Personally I'm considering either a Ford Ranger, a Bronco II, or even a Jeep.

So what other off road capable vehicle do you drive and why?

Well my wifes Phaeton is all wheel drive but I don't think we'll take it off road. We also have a 2004 Sequioa that is 4X4 but pretty worthless off road. I think to do any serious off roading we'll hike or ride the mountain bikes.

my fianc'ee and i go to the outer banks alot. wev always gone on the beach off roading. we used to have an isuzu trooper that thing was pefect on the sand, im a surfer so searching for breaks in hatteras sand and the carova touring for wild horses on the back trails. yeah wed get stuck some times but have always been able to break free. that thing was so much fun on the beach. but the car recently had the engine blow. now all we have for 4x4 is my 01 s4 quattro, and her 06 c280 4matic. dont worry we still get on the beach no less. just not driving on it

Philihp2 that car looks like a beast! that pic kinda' makes me want one. Do they make lift kits that would work for them?

Thanks for the input Ky allroad and Yesmar.

I'm really looking for something relatively cheap that I wouldn't have to be afraid of hurting.

well the only easy lift kit is getting some stiffer springs from say a 90 quattro or a coupe quattro and that will lift it a good inch or more and make it alot stiffer ride. anything else your gonna be doing custom.
