So last night I got the chance to photograph my good friend's 2000 M5 DINAN S2. It was about midnight before the indigenous population was sparse enough to really get some good shots, then it was about 3am before we were done and I was able to run to Subway for dinner and head home, but damn it was worth it. Here are the best shots with a bit of editing just to make them pop a bit more. Can you believe that he wants to sell this car to buy a Merc CL55? Some people's children. What the hell could he be thinking? Makes me want to just give up on this species. Best car ever vs. just another Mercedes. Hmm, tough call. Anyway, WWYD?

dunno about the 55, but the 65...mmmmmmm so sexy

 

I don't know why, but the 65s don't seem to appeal to him much. He keeps talking about the CL55, the CLS55, or the E55. I'm not a big fan of any Merc, so......

 

the cl65 amg is really awesome. i was driving next to one for about 15 minutes on the highway. very sexy, just like the m5 it had different wheels (gunpowder color ones i think) tinted windows and what not. it was really nice.

and the other day i saw a cl63, instead of AMG it had a name of a company "___tech". dont remmeber the first word. was nice.
