I was wondering if anyone has put a timing chain kit in a 2006 3.2. I have done a 2003 1.8T and although I know it is much simpler but I am planning to purchase a shop manual. Wondering if any special tools required. There is a chance that there are bent valves but the service tech said not likely. If so can one get either or both heads off of the engine when still in the car. I was told by someone that the engine needed to be taken out of the car because the C-6 body style does not allow one to take the front of the car off. The kit is around $1350 from ECS Tuning so pricy but OEM components and complete except the gaskets.
