Ok so I found an S4 with a CLEAN Carfax and heated seats and BOSE and stick.... now the only problem is the milage... it has 95k. and I talked to the guy and he said he'll let it go for 13.7k..... wat do u guys think?

If you like it then it is worth it! It looks good to me the only thing I don't like is the wood grain

 

keep in mind this will be my daily driver performance car...

 

The wood grain looks good with the black leather, but still seems a little out of place on a bright yellow car. Looks pretty decent, though, but depending on the market in your area, you still might be able to find a lower-miled one in your price range...

from what i've heard those engine's are not the most reliable in high mileage, tho i have no first hand experience. just keep in mind when something does go wrong, its EXPENSIVE (tho u should be used to that with a 3.0 lol). as long as you have enough cash set aside to keep it on the road, i'd say go for it. maybe save a nice chunk of change aside and in the future overhaul the engine and go stage 3

 

Does not look worth it and the wood grain is wack IMO.
