yeah you Brits got some good drivers. i'm more curious about Scott Speed because this will be a good format to see if he is really as good as they say. i'm sure he's a good driver, but he's been given many opportunities that others might not get cause he's american. F-1 is really on the hunt to have an American driver on the grid. remember the debacle that happened at Indy this year? lol oh well either way it should be an interesting series, now i'll i have to do is get Speed channel.
do you know who Ian James is? cool guy, he was my instructor at a autocross/driving course.

Nope.. No idea who Ian james is. I would have like to have seen Ralph Firman, franchitti, Wheldon, or Jenson Button in the UK team. Unfortunately their choice was limited to availability, and contracts. Should get some decent drivers at some point over the next few years, but the equal cars, no ABS/Traction control, etc should make for some absolutely stunning racing.
As for Scott Speed. I think he will be ok. His laps in practice have been good. I wouldn't worry. There has been a bit of a lack of Americans in the top flight. Granted, there are loads in Indy, and Champ, etc, but the last decent American in F1 was Micheal Andretti, and he was pants! at least Scott Speed has an appriopriate name!
