Alright today i was on my way home from portland in my 1.8t, Hwy 26 for those of you who dont know it, its a pretty fun
curvey road. Well i was like half way home and i came around a blind corner and there was roadwork goin on so the traffic was stopped. So i pulled up behind this sabb and started waitin for traffin to move again....Then i look in my rearview mirror and all i see is an 18 wheeler completley sideways with all his tires locked up, He didnt see the traffic stopped till he was all the way around the blind corner, So this things slidin my way puttin up a cloud of tire smoke and finally comes to a stop literaly 2 inches from my rear bumper, I almost shat my pants then i got out and had a talk with the driver, It was no good, learned my lesson about blind corners

 

cool, at least no one got killed or injured. and ur car isnt damaged. i never see **** like that and im on the rd all the time all over the city in my work truck.

 

Lucky SOB is all i have to say. Thank god your okay.

 

Sounds intense. Congrats on not getting completely destroyed by an 18 wheeler. That'd sorta suck. If I saw it, I'd sht my pants for sure.

 

Glad you didn't get crushed. Those trucks loaded up with logs on 26 can be dangerous.

man, sounds crazy. glad you came out ok. i almost got run into today by some old lady on a cell phone, but it pales in comparison to your near miss.

 

Yeah i was so close to just ramin the sabb ahead of me to make some room,
Pretty glad i made the choice no to tho lol, i aint got money for that
