My wife is an ORACLE Database Administrator (DBA) and is currently looking for a job. She is ready to relocate to any city in the US and the job could be contract, contract-to-hire or full time.

Try a company called M Modal in Pittsburgh. My mom is a QA consultant there and they are hiring all the time from what I understand.
