yes but i don't really have any legal versions that i can play online with besides Team Fortress II which is not a racing game. you're setup must be pretty sick if you spent 350. if you have XBox360, you should buy the Force Unleashed.

 

900 degree rotation, real leather, paddle shifters, 6 speed with clutch and push down reverse. i love this thing in TDU
