is it just a buick regal or a gs. if it a basic one you can turbo it easly. if it is a gs there is a lot you can do to it motor wise. i have helped build up 2 of them. here is one site cant rember the other ones

The LAST thing I want is my youngest Son zooming around teh metropolitan Detroit area in a POS hunkka Detroit iron, on crappy brakes, an iffy suspension, and 70-series tires.
