300 came out last night.. did anyone see it? I went and saw it and it was awesome...kept me entertained the whole time

 

I'm not sure if I want to see it or not? I'm not too into those kinds of movies. I wasn't much of a Matrix fan and from what I have heard, it's a lot like that?

 

I absolutely hated the first Matrix movie and never saw the 2nd or 3rd. I am a geek and am into all sorts of technology and apparently the movie is supposed to appeal to me.

Whatever; 300 was an awesome movie IMO. I saw it opening day yesterday and am most likely going to go see it at an IMAX theatre. The movie is incredibly well done and the story is engaging. I was entertained the whole time. Well worth the price of admission for me which is rare these days with half-baked movies coming out every week.

 

The Matrix was absolutely horrible, but I do plan on seeing 300.

 

Yes frank miller is amazing (sin city)... i plan on going to see it at IMAX also when i get home in 2 days.... should be intense.

 

I saw it last night, not a bad movie. The action scenes were absolutely amazing and for the most part, the movie kept my attention. HOWEVER, the only thing i have to complain about, is the "Super-Human" people in the movie; makes it seem less realistic. But overall, definately a "go see" movie

 

I must say Quentin Tarantino and Frank Miller are some of the worst writers/directors I have ever seen. Sin City and Pulp Fiction were some of the worst movies I have ever seen and I'm sure if I watched any of the Kill Bill movies they would go on that list.

 

I liked the Kill Bill movies.

I need to go see 300 though.

I own all of Quentin Tarantino's movies - You just have to like his style - kinda like Kevin Smith with clerks, mallrats, chasing amy, jay and silent bob... lots of people hate those and a lot of people love them.
I loved Sin City - I can't wait for the next two to get out of post production.
Can't wait to see 300 - the two review in the local paper here - one guy loved it one guy walked out of it - damn
