Probably mean nothing to you guys over on this side of the pond, but what a game!!! Thank god that came to an end! I was crapping myself there for a moment!

Actually Rounders was derived from Cricket, and Baseball was derived from Rounders. Rounder was a game devised for children so that there was more participation for the wee kiddies, (ie, more playing) :D:D:D

This is like the argument I always get into with Ozzies about American Football. They say that American Football is for pussies because they wear pads. I say that if one of their rugby teams went head to head with one of our professional football teams with its 400lbs monsters... the Ozzies would all be crippled.
