the 20vt i5 is my all time fav engine my dream is to some day but a 90 coupe gt and do a swap built the engine to a rediculous number like 750hp and race evo's and sti's because without audi theyre wouldent be any of them

I remeber seeing the golf in a magazine I bought once that I swore it had a I4, but I could be wrong, the more I think about it it has a lot of grouppe B parts on it if I remember correctly so it might be a I5.



IF I'm wrong, then I concede my mistake, either way, Dahlback is one of my favorite tuners.

 

^^^ If it is an I5, then it was swapped in there to replace the stock I4, because the Golf never had an I5 stock.
