Wow, i just watched the interview then listened to that DJ wrap. They took every single thing that guy said and twisted it.

I bought the best warranty that was offered to me and it was well worth it. I spent 3 grand for it and it has already paid itself off. The warranty is almost the most important part of the deal if not the most important.

That noise he is talking about is the springs clicking. I hate to tell him all of the oem sport suspensions do it. He just wants everything for free. Audi has there problems they don't warranty everything.
I would imagine it is hard to find noises and squeaks on any car. I don't blame the techs, the dealer is somewhat at fault. They should explain the situation to the customer better. But anywho i will get off the soapbox.

I don't know I think a lot of those things he had to deal with would have pissed me off too. It sounds like he has had a rough time with the car. I mean forget about the small things... there were some serious issues with that thing. I have a friend who bought and A8 and had a very similar experience however he was given a new car.
I mean the guy may be an idiot but I don't think he is wrong to be mad.
