AudiForums.com - Autocross!

I went to my first autocross this weekend and had a blast. SCCA had a two day event where the first day was a test 'n tune and the second day was the competition. I didn't stick around for the second day, but I got in about 25 runs on the first day. I don't know how I compared to others in my class, but I do know a 300GT was and I was beatin the pants off him. I was very happy with its handling for being stock (w/ sport susp. package).

Has anyone else auto-crossed their audi? I'm just wondering how the car lines up against others in the same class. I felt like I was a little heavy coming out of the corners, but it still held tight and I (almost :) ) always still felt in control. Anyway, it was a heck of a lot of fun and I would do it again someday. I don't like the idea of putting my car through something like that often, but every once and a while can't hurt if you take care of it.
