ok, if you get the chance, pick up the march 07 eurotuner. in it theres this guy, paul de rusche that converted his b5 s4 into a widebody b5 rs4 sedan...

basically he bought an rs4 in germany, chopped it, and send it over in pieces over here. he reassembled it in a week and is making 478awhp on pump gas...

heres just a short list of what he did:
- euro s4 bumper
- rs4 engine
- rs4: front fenders, front bumper, brushed aluminum mirros, side skirts, rear doors and rear door 1/4 panels
- painted carbon fiber hood
- ko4/k16 hyrbid turbos
- swapped out the rs4 camshaft for the 2.8's
- 60lb siemens injectors
- custom 90mm maf housing
- straight exhaust (no resonators, mufflers, etc)
- custom tuning
- alcohol injection system to cool things down

with all this hes making 25psi with 478awhp with a 1/4 mile of 11.33 at 129mph (with full interior and sound system)

lemme tell ya, the car looks sooo nice as a widebody

 

that may be docurly (sp?)...he's got a sedan rs4 that he built with parts from a wrecked rs4

 

a mecanic I know at the shop i use did the same thing with an avant. he moded it so it has 450hp at the wheels, whith wide fenders and some deep dish BBS rims. It's such a sweet car, and probably the reason I started to really want an audi.

 

docurley is from the uk.. the car in eurotuner is from the states. IMO doc's car look 1000 times better than the one in et. but both are hella clean *** cars

Hrmm... I mean, the grill, eyelids, and wing are obviously hideous... but the fenders and skirts and bumpers all look good enough to me.

 

yea.. docs car is alot nicer... i just couldnt get into that s4 in et
especially the part where the euro s4 had a painted textured part
and the gap on the doors looks hella bad

 

no not wrecked RS4, a perfectly good RS4 stripped down and then the parts bolted on to his 01 S4, only thig he had to cut were the rear quater panels, and he had to stretch a euro S4 rear bumper. otherwise everything is over from the real RS4. he then got the bottom end done and put in 2.8 30v cams that gave 45hp more than stock, some tuning to the ecu, and ko4/k16 hyrbid turbos. just a beautiful car, apperently hes topped out the speedo but says gps comfirmed 201mph. yeah i read the article several times.i want that car, i honestly think i like it a little more than the B5 RS4 avant.

 

dont get me wrong, i like silver audis... but if that car was in red or nogaro blue.... oh man that would just be sex.

 

Thats my eventual goal for cars, i want a B5 nogaro blue S4. there just something about that color, espacially with the alcantara/leather seats.
