I pay pal'd some douche for a360 game, and it's been almost a week and I have not recieved it. He's in FL and Im in OH. He doesn't communicate, and now all of a sudden I see his feedback going down, down down. People complaining what they bought wasnt shipped until 3 weeks later, or not at all. Other than leaving bad feedback what are my options as far as getting my money back if I need to do that? I don't see anything on pay pal's site regarding seller complaints. Thanks.
Actually the only time he communicated was in response to my question about when it was shipped. He said it was shipped Friday, when I the auction didnt even end till Sat. What do I expect from someone whos email address is "hevyhittapimpplaya"

Oh thanks... They dont make that so obvious on their site, and I've never had a bad ebay experience to look into it.
