I have a go2bank card and I received a message that money is being withdrawn, but I'm not withdrawing anything. How to stop it in a different way, because I tried to call, but they don't connect me, but keep me on hold all the time.

 

How do you feel about completely remote banking solutions and also alternative financial platforms? I want to find more favourable terms and conditions than those presented by traditional banks.
